Engineered new custom features, including detailed administrator reporting dashboards, 508-compliance for a variety of media types, and course progression UX/UI. |
Product/UX Design |
Conducted ongoing user experience (UX) research and design tasks, including journey mapping, user flow diagramming, rapid ideation and prototyping, and end user testing. |
Agile/Scrum |
Facilitated team-based Agile scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, retrospective ceremonies, design-thinking sessions, and sprint product demos. |
Automated Testing |
Researched and implemented an automated regression testing approach using Codeception and Behat. |

For over two years, I proudly worked with government organizations to analyze their learning goals, resources, and available technology, and then to deliver effective, efficient digital learning solutions. In addition, I also got my first taste of product development on the Digital Leadership Challenge Simulation (DLCS), a mobile game for executive leadership training.

The IIPI team designs digital games with an objective other than pure entertainment in mind: deeply internalized learning. In my summer at IIPI, I helped to design game mechanics for Astronaut: Moon, Mars and Beyond, a massively multiplayer online game for promoting science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The sales training team at Bankers is responsible for sales process and regulatory compliance education for its nationwide, 3000+ member sales team. While with the team, I was primarily responsible for collaborating with the learning management system vendor on the design of a new, central training portal.
